About the role:
ESTO is hiring a CFO to own financial strategy, governance, and capital formation across one of the Baltics' most dynamic fintechs.
You will serve as a key architect of ESTO’s growth, driving liquidity, shaping funding strategy, and managing investor relations across fixed-income and equity markets. This is a high-impact executive role at the intersection of strategy, finance, and execution - ideal for a finance leader who thrives on complexity, precision, and pace.
What You’ll Do:
Strategic Finance Leadership: Oversee the full financial architecture of the ESTO Group, encompassing governance, treasury, management reporting, accounting, and audit.
Capital Markets and Funding: Lead all strategic financing activities, including debt issuance, equity transactions, and capital structure optimization across jurisdictions.
Treasury and Liquidity Management: Chair the Group Liquidity Committee and ensure optimal deployment of capital and liquidity buffers in line with growth and risk targets.
Financial Planning and Analytics: Drive advanced performance analytics, scenario modeling, and portfolio-level intelligence to support strategic decision-making.
Governance and Control: Maintain robust internal controls, ensuring audit readiness, compliance with IFRS and local standards, and transparent stakeholder reporting.
Stakeholder Engagement: Act as the central financial counterpart for investors, auditors, and regulatory authorities, maintaining institutional-grade communication standards.
Cross-Functional Partnership: Collaborate with product, legal, credit, data, marketing and operations teams to align capital allocation with business performance and expansion priorities.
Financial Branding: Shape and articulate ESTO’s financial narrative across internal and external channels, reinforcing its positioning as a leading fintech innovator.
What We Expect:
5+ years of experience in senior financial management within banking, non-bank finance, or investment management.
Proven record of raising and structuring capital - both fixed-income and equity.
Deep understanding of treasury, liquidity, and capital markets mechanics.
Mastery of financial governance, accounting frameworks, and investor-grade reporting.
Strategic thinker with exceptional analytical precision and executive communication.
Comfort operating in fast-moving, cross-border financial environments.
