About the role:
Are you a customer-oriented Customer Support Specialist who finds fast and flexible solutions to problems? Are you ready to guide and support our customers in using ESTO services?
-What You’ll Do:
Customer service via phone, e-mail, and chat
B2C sales to our existing customer base (cold+warm leads)
Providing constant feedback and insights about areas of improvement
Substituting colleagues from the same department during vacations with other lines of tasks
What We Expect:
Fluent in Estonian and Russian, both written and spoken, and proficient in English
A strong customer-oriented mindset – you have a great desire and interest in working with customers, listening to them, and finding suitable solutions
Ability to work independently while also being a good team player
Responsible, quick, precise, and accurate
Nice to have
Experience in B2C sales is a plus
